I work in an office that has no dress code ... so I usually wear knits, sweaters, or black t-shirts. Lots of cardigans over tank tops, that sort of thing.

sweaters, cardigans, button-downs... we don't have a dress code, but that's what i like. if you're unsure how to dress in a new work situation, it helps to get cues from what other people are wearing.
