snoopymccrew came over for pancakes. That was cool. The pancakes were yummy, if I do say so myself. However, I much prefer cooking pancakes on teflon rather than cast iron

Yet another way I'm turning into my mother, I fear - becoming overly solicitous when I cook for people and fussing over everything.

Next time I'll do the make a bunch and then sit down with them.

teflon makes me sad. and possibly cancery, but hopefully, just sad.
i'm so envious! you and snoop live close enough to just pop in for breakfast from time to time!

I just like the non-stickness of it. It doesn't have to be teflon brand...just something that doesn't make it stick so much. I don't like frying in oil.
