Lovely. I like the colours and patterns, and the way the characters are arranged. You're right, the scan does it no justice, but that's invariably the case with real art. It's almost always more vibrant and energetic in real life.
Are you asking how much to charge? I would price your time ($/hr.) x material costs + vendor fees and sales taxes, and then I would look at how much other goods of a similar caliber are selling for. Then with that information, decide upon your ideal (high) price, and the price you absolutely cannot go beneath. If someone asks how much, quote your high price, and only then, if they look like they're about to walk away outright, say you're open to bargaining. Then make sure you don't go beneath your low price.

XD If I priced it like that, though, I'd be asking a whole lot of money, considering how much expenses have put me out this time around....I think my high price will be $25. Any more than that and no one'd give me the time of day, I don't think. We shall see! \o/ I'm thinking about putting it in the art auction, but it's so small.
