Well I am finished with the classroom part of my Cortland education, which is a relief only in that I hate doing homework. Now I am off to work without pay (indeed, while paying Cortland a hefty fee) in Oneonta. I'm excited, and also mildly terrified. I don't know what's next. More school? Job? I have about 4 days to find a place to live in Oneonta. And I haven't yet.

I hate my grad assistantship. I mean, I really loathe it. I have another hour and a half here tonight, and 21 1/2 hours left total. XX XXXX XX X XXXXXXXX. Only 21 hours and 25 minutes to go.

I'm at work, diligently avoiding doing any actual work. I would care more if I still hadn't been paid after over a month. Fortunately, that should be at least partially remedied by Thursday, thanks to be personally bringing some paperwork all around campus. Then I can pay off most (but not all) of my credit card debt, and pay to go to New York next ( Read more... )
