Labor Day

Okay, so it's after midnight, but still. I was thinking a lot about myself and labor day the other night. It's an interesting concept, labor day - a day to honor everyone who works, and yet I still know a hell of a lot of people who work on labor day. Also, how's it much different than May Day in other nations? I dunno.

Fuck yeah, six straight labor days I've been at work...and technically, I worked two shifts today.

I believe US labor day isn't on May Day because we hate the communists and didn't want to give them their traditional holiday.
