I'm glad to see the ice subsiding. Hopefully things will pick back up now that there's no danger of tumbling from the branches or islands on the skates. At least now I'll have time to catch up on everything that was stagnated during the storm.

I'll be glad to get rid of most of that insulation we dragged in. That room is cramped enough as it is. And it will be good to get away from the stables at last.

"Cold" weather here, before the storm, didn't strike me as that severe. If it goes back to how it was, I think most of the ice will melt. It's doing that now. There's going to be mud and water everywhere for a while.

It may not be the most severe, but it's still rather unpleasant. Hopefully Spring will hurry, though.
