It seems that procrastinating is my way to a higher education. Ahem. AfterEllen leads to Bad Girls leads to fanfiction leads to your fiction leads to Malory Towers leads to the light-bulb moment of realizing that not only have the girls different names in the English original than in my precious childhood books of the german publishing house "Schneider" but that some of them surrendered as happily to the love that dare not speak its name as my humble self. Not having read the original English text I am arguably not able to fully appreciate your references to Enid Blyton's writing style but I deeply sense the typical Blytonian mood in your story. Very well done

Thanks so much for letting me know! I'm still dying to know how they proceed!!!!!!! I wanna see Alicia's soft side - it is hidden somewhere, isn't it? And could Betty and Sally have a heart to heart talk? And can Darrell please get a clue? Of course, it doesn't really matter because you know what your doing one way or another …
