I've renamed! It took me forever and a day to decide on something, and of course I ended up with the very first name I'd considered. That is oh so typical of me. I've also got a new layout, which I'm not quite sure about. It's pretty but not all that user friendly

I don't think there's 5 things about me or what I've been up to that you don't already know!

1. The mouse is apparently still smarter than we are. I'm somehow not surprised.

2. Emily is very nearly my height -- within an inch, at least. And Maddy will need a bra by this time next year. And Liv wanted her hair cut to her chin, which looks adorable on her.

3. I am going to write more drabbles today. And possibly try to beta yours. I will also try to stop sending you the drabbles one by one by one, as I'm sure that's driving you batty. Battier, actually.

4. I have a ridiculous amount of fic to work on. Ridiculous amount!

5. I'm very hungry, and would like a cheese danish. I don't actually have a cheese danish, and will probably end up with either toast with peanut butter or toasted cheese & tomato. Either way, I'm sure toast will be involved. And coffee -- ridiculous amounts of coffee!

PS: Knicker-pockets are probably for condoms. Or somewhere to stow your gum. :D

Poor you guys. Mice in the house are gross. I grew up in the country; I know of what I speak.

I want to see your girls. It's been ages! That cut would look sweet on Liv with her tiny little features. She could definitely pull off a pixie cut as well.

Haha! It's not driving me batty, really. I sent most of mine to you early too. :P

I am determined to put a good dent in my L/J fic today. Even though at the moment I'm feeling a little sleepy and would quite like a nap. NO! I shall persevere!

I'm hungry too. That's what I get for eating cereal for breakfast. There is nothing in the house that I want even remotely.

I thought perhaps the pockets were meant for condoms, but that would be so uncomfy. The pointy corners of the packets would poke and scratch through the thin fabric. Maybe a Cadbury Egg could go in there. Nice and melty. :P

Knickers with pockets, huh?

1. I've taken to buying shoes and cardigans. I've even stopped wearing flip flops all the time. I'm pretty sure it's a sickness. Maybe I'm subconsciously getting ready for my move to the frozen north.
2. I got a fedora on Thursday night and Boy HATES it. So naturally I wore it all day Friday to rub in how adorable it is.
3. I haven't been nearly as productive this year in the writing department as I wanted to be. Need to pick up the pace.
4. I caved and started watching Glee. I kind of hate myself about it most of the time.
5. My writing group is writing a Who Musical! Because we have nothing else to do. Or something. First meeting is tonight.

Yeah, the scroll thing is very annoying. But it's so pretty! I'll keep it for now until I find something I like more.

I'm obsessed with cardigans too! I keep buying them even though it's nearly summer and will be far too warm to wear them.

Fedoras are adorable, especially on KL. Tell the Boy I said so and I know best. :P

Well, as long as you're getting some writing done. Better than nothing, right? Until recently I hadn't touched anything since NaNo ended. Winter does bad things to me. I need to spend its entirety in Florida with you.

I love Glee and I don't even care how stupid it is. Kurt is too adorable for me to ever stop. Did you watch season one? The pilot was actually an amazing episode. I love the way it was edited together. I just wish the quality had stayed that high. (You started watching for Darren Criss, didn't you?)

A Who musical!!! That is something I would kill to see. Or, you know, pay to fly to Florida. :P Hilarious. Keep me updated on its progress.

Hmmm, 5 things... okay...

1. I have also just recently (about a month ago) returned to LJ, after an extended period of quietness. So it's good to see other people returning, too!

2. In the past year my family has acquired two new cats. If you like cat!picspam you can see them here.

3. I thoroughly enjoyed the season premiere of Doctor Who. (Have you had a chance to view it?)

4. I seem to be lurking on Twitter. For a long period of time, Twitter made no sense to me... it's growing on me now.

5. I have to work ALL weekend. This saddens me. And interferes with my continued Doctor Who viewing plans.

Your cats are gorgeous! When I first met The Boy he had a tortoise shell cat that looked very much like one of yours. :)

I love it too! Am very excited and intrigued to see the second part. Love that I have Whovians on my f*list! We must discuss!

I am sorry you can't watch Doctor Who when it's on. At least there are always tons on downloads available really quickly after it airs. We should get a bunch of people together and have a watching post!
