I'm assuming you had to freeze this cake when you were done making it... did the whipped cream frosting get all weird in the freezer?
If I made it, I would probably use cool whip (even though it's pretty much straight up chemicals).

the whipped cream tasted good. i don't want to ever eat cool whip in my life.
