This Father’s Day, I decided I wanted to write a tribute to my dad. Several parts of this are things that have been rolling around in my head for awhile, and I just haven’t found the time to bring them up. Father’s Day is a great excuse to write it all out, though, and give a copy of it to my dad

My dad sent me a text message the morning after I gave it to him (it was late, so he didn't read it that night), and confirmed that his eyes did 'leak' a little when he read it.
