OMGZ. Last night was so much fun. Around 8, Noreen and I started heading in the direction of Davis. When we got there, we went to Kyle's dorm to get my baby (which I hadn't seen since January 7). If this isn't incriminating, I don't know what is. It's one thing to do illegal things, but another to post them on the internet where anyone can see.

yes, because police spend so much time combing livejournal looking for people doing illegal things...

I think he's more concerned, for whatever reason, with what some people besides the police would think if they read about the illegal things we do.

But, yeah, even if the police did happen to read this, they wouldn't have enough probable cause to get a warrant to search any of us for illegal substances (namely, weed) -which is the only thing that'd really count as great enough evidence to prosecute in this case, AND they could only use it as evidence towards prosecution if they had a warrant to search for it in the first place.

At least, I'm pretty sure that's how it works. I was really interested when we discussed search and seizure in Joyner's Gov. class.
