Always good to see a relentless self-saboteur after my own heart. Just when I'm on the point of success or it seems as if things might actually be going my way I never fail to hurl a spanner into the works. I think that you may suffer from the same sort of addiction.

I used to get really frustrated about it but now I find it (as with most things) highly amusing.
