A question for the ladies...

So you buy a pair of cute Guess shoes to go with a cute outfit you bought. The outfit doesn't look as good on as it did in your head so you're returning part of it. You don't really have anything in your wardrobe (yet) to go with the shoes and you only have two weeks left to return the shoes. Do you keep them or do you return them

Those shoes look like they would go quite nicely with a pair of nice jeans & a nice black sweater (since it's cold out).

Oooh...I hadn't thought of that. I'll have to see if I have a black sweater around when I dig out my fall/winter clothes this weekend.

YES. i feel shoes are like adopted children. You NEVER give them back, no matter how different they are from everyone else :)

And this just means you'll have to buy a different outfit to wear them with. An excuse to do more shopping??? Since when do you need one of those?!?

That is the BEST rationalization for keeping shoes that I've ever heard. I'll have to use that on Mom one of these days, lol.

*hangs head in shame* I know, I know...but I'm FINALLY getting my own place so I'm trying to be more *cough* responsible with my shopping now. Yuck.

The Mays Landing/Egg Harbor Twp./Galloway area. Back down near the office and Stockton (about 45 minutes from home.) Not sure when yet but hopefully by the new year. I have a bunch of places to look at this weekend if my realtor ever calls me back.
