How many people actually eat the canteloupe that usually comes on your plate (as a garnish, with the leaf of lettuce) at Red Robin?

a better question might be who eats the lettuce? The answer! not many people. Or the orange slice garnish that is everywhere else?

It's all really for "looks" as food that "looks" good usually tastes "good" it is amazing how much of food is in presentation. Working in a kitchen tought me that.

Perhaps because humans are trained that way. I think its a waste of food to not intend on having it be eaten.

I've totally eaten the lettuce.
