We gave the owners our list of demands, lol, I mean the items we wanted repaired or replaced and they said they would (aside from putting on a new roof) give us only $500 to do the repairs ourselves. We countered with $500 plus the required repairs from the lenders (what the bank says needs to be repaired). We would have asked for more but we know
