Having a fit!

Here is a picture of my family and me on my 31st birthday Saturday before last. I'm still all chubby. My boobs look huge. My face isn't quite as bad as it had been now that I am down to 10mg on the steroid. I see Dr. Scales tomorrow. Hopefully he'll just let me off them all together instead of tapering further.
