Elisa & the Winter Olympics

I fell in love with the music by Elisa who sung one of her songs at the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Torino. Immediately after watching it on television I searched (and found!) her music on the web and now I am devouring her last album. Can someone tell me what the name of the song was she sung there?

Your praise for her was enough to generate my interest in her music. I downloaded this particular song "Luce" from internet. I did not understand the meaning (Italian!) but the song is good. It is melodious; she has got very good voice; at times she sounds similar to Shakira. In my country we have many-many languages and I do not understand most of them. But I still hear songs in those languages because I like the melody irrespective of whether I understand the song or not. Could you tell me what this song "Luce" is all about ?

Actually, I can't speak Italian. :) But Luce means light.
