Ron's stuff hasn't officially begun yet -- I think that's this coming week -- but his and Frank's influence has already shown up on air: putting the players in place, making overall tweaks, etc.

Yes, Ron's influence was especially evident on yesterday's show. And the show has looked a thousand times better since Frank took over. Actual lighting! Extras! It no longer looks cheap and depressing.
