Drabble/Ficbit: "Slings and Arrows," OUAT, Huntsman/Emma, R

Dec 12, 2011 23:03

I asked for some prompts, and here's what came from becca_radcgg asking for OUAT's Graham and Emma and an "alt timeline." She also asked for "blood" and "families" but I'm not sure how much of that actually applies.

Spoilers for "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter."

Slings and Arrows, Huntsman/Emma, 250 words, R )

once upon a time, drabbles

omg. EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love everything this chooses to be! The twists of two worlds separate and blending into one another.

A princess clad in a forester's greens and browns... soon wearing nothing but sky and his hands. She tastes like snow but burns like fire.

Those two lines are lovely. I love the image of her as something of a pagan, a witch sent to tempt him back to nature and his home. The juxtaposition of the snow and fire... gah! JUST AMAZING!

In short, I think you are awesome and should write me more FICLETS!

What about some more angsty Zoe/Wade, or more Sheriff Graham. I will forever mourn his loss. :)

Thank you! I was sort of fascinated by the thought of his worlds colliding all at once and everything blending... and then him losing the chance to make sense of any of it. I don't know if I have more Graham fic in my head. We'll have to see! :)

Lovely piece of work. Fits well with the characters and i loved the metaphors you used. Plus, OUAT is my new obsession so anything about it makes my heart to sing if it's well done (and not about a Rumple/other character pairing- i can't get the fandom overflow with that kkind of fic.)

If you are still hunting for prompts i would like tempt you with an Henry's drabble - his pov on his firsst meeting with Emma.

Thanks! I haven't really been paying attention to OUAT fandom, so I didn't know people were writing Rumpelstiltskin/other character stuff. He does fascinate me as a character, but I don't really want to tackle him in fic. As for Henry...sorry, but he is SO annoying. LOL! I just prefer him in small doses.
