I think I just saw the bat signal... Not like I ever need an excuse to watch soaps. I haven't watched Days consistently in years though, although I probably will pick it up again when AMC goes off in September. It does makes me feel incredibly old that Will is now a teenager. There must have been some kind of SORASing there, right? Anyway, great fic!
Thank you! Will was born in 1995, and he's around 18 on the show, since they just graduated from high school, so the SORAS-ing isn't really that bad. That's kind of amazing. LOL.
I wind up watching DAYS on SOAPnet so it doesn't compete with AMC, and it's been fun...albeit inconsistent this past year. Sonny is a definite breath of fresh air.
Yeah, I remember when Will was born, during the Sami/Austin/Carrie era which is really the only time I consistently watched Days, so I guess it makes sense that he's that old... It just doesn't seem like that was 16 years ago at all.
It's less a matter of it actually conflicting with AMC and Y&R time-wise, although my DVR can't record more than 2 shows at once so that 1:00-1:30 half hour is a problem. I know I could record it off of SoapNet, it's just that I don't have any room for another soap right now in my schedule. That being said, I think it's really smart that Days is launching their big retool the day that we lose AMC (on network TV at least).
