Two months after Neha and Abhi's sagai, Kunal starts dating some girl he met at a photo shoot. Her name is Jasbeer and she has a high-pitched giggle, a dachshund puppy she carries in her bag, and she insists on being called "Jenna." Sam goes one better, calling her, "Chennai," behind her back at every opportunity.

"'Chennai?'" Kunal frowns, one afternoon while they're watching the Man. U-Chelsea game on a delayed feed. "Yeh 'Chennai' kya hai? What are you talking about?"

"Chennai Oberoi," he elaborates with a shrug. "Indian Paris Hilton, na?" He punctuates with a "That's hot."

Kunal stares at him, mouth agape, for almost 30 seconds before he remembers he should defend his girlfriend's izzat. Such as it is. He launches across the couch and lands a few soft punches that tickle more than they hurt.

"Is that all you got?" Sam cajoles, grabbing his fists and holding them at a safe distance. "Jiggrypoo, you are e-slipping."

Kunal brings up his knee. Sam sees the move out of the corner of his eye and uses his own knee to block it and protect the family jewelry. And then the wrestling match abruptly stops. Because Kunal's on top of him; trapped between his legs, and they're both breathing hard. It's like that scene in Kal Ho Na Ho except there is no Kantaben to walk in. That was an argument Sam actually won with Neha and Kunal. Maybe not Gabbar. Maybe not Munna and Circuit, but Rohit and Aman were definitely very gay.

Just as this is very gay.

Kunal swallows, and Sam can't stop staring at the motion of his throat.

"Yaar, why were we fighting?"

"Tera stupid girlfriend, remember?"

"Oh. Right. Haan."

But Kunal still doesn't heft off him, and Sam doesn't push him away. Chelsea scores a goal and neither of them glance at the screen for the replay. "Jenna is a nice girl," Kunal defends, quietly.

"She's a girl," he allows, and it isn't until the words are out that he realizes they have double the meaning. She is a girl. He and Kunal are boys… boys who everyone spent months thinking were gays. Boys who maybe, could be, possibly, are actually thoda-sa gay. "Kunal…"

"Chennai Oberoi?" he counters, a smile quirking at the edge of his mouth. "Sam, that is so bad." What's not bad is how Kunal loosens his fists and tangles up their fingers. How he slides down against Sam's chest, so it's not a wrestling clinch anymore. "Just admit you're jealous," he urges. "Jal raha ho."

He's burning all right. But not with jealousy.

"Why haven't you been dating?" Kunal wonders, staring down at him. And he has never noticed before (okay, jhoot, he actually has) but Kunal has pretty eyes. "No Nicole Bitchy for you?"

"I… I don't need a girlfriend. I have plasma screen TV and I have you, jiggrypoo."

It's the truth. And he feels surprisingly okay about it.

"That's hot," Kunal whispers against his lips.
