An insanely late fill for the 5x04 commentfic meme. It had an amazing prompt by minviendha I set aside back in April (for a rainy day). Today was that rainy day.

The prompt was:
Sam made Lucifer promise not to hurt Dean before saying yes. So Lucifer doesn’t. Dean is the only one left alive, and he’s not quite human anymore. Just him and Lucifer, and Lucifer

Luci is kind of a tragic character anyway. All these archangels are so messed up.

This 'verse is just endlessly compelling. Everything is so grey and depressing and awesome. I really enjoyed writing Lucifer in this one.
