You got a view of the Castle!? Lucky! We got a view of the back parking lot :B

Haha, I took a photo of that sphinx as well..also the city streets, I'm glad we had similar eyes (the city streets).

How did you resize the photos for lj but leave it full size?

We had a crap view, too. Stephanie and Brenda had a great view. I was pissed! They said it was because they got there early and paid separately for their room, which I did (and you guys did too, no doubt.)

That photo was taken from the restaurant on the fifth floor that evening, during/after dinner service.

I uploaded to galleries. Clicked the gallery. Clicked pictures. It shows thumbnails of all of the photos. I select the photos that I want to post, then click 'post selected photos to journal'. It take you to another page that lets you select number of columns (I think this only works if you have thumbnails), size (thumnail, medium-what I selected, large), caption orientation, and border.
You can also add captions and titles to the photos.

I usually have to go back and edit my entry, cos I don't like the way that my journal looks afterward. Whatever works. *shrugs*

Ah ok, ooo I remember that place. I loved breakfast since I thought the milk was superior.

I use photobucket, but there's probably an html code I could use.

I'm sure there is some code to resize to like 320x240. I dunno. . . I know that imageshack will resize for you.

Thanks for the memories of places AR and I have been--sadly not at the same time. :-)

You're welcome. You should have seen the tantrum I through when I saw the photos of him from Edinburgh, just weeks after I had left. . .

It's probably for the best. Imagine the agony if you had been there at the same time and hadn't known or hadn't been able to see him.

You're probably right.

We purposely weren't there during the music or the film festival, although I really wanted to be. . . we were on a Harry Potter tour.
