Yep, it's another event report. I know, I know...for an agoraphobic, I sure am getting out lately. Cool, huh? I may break a record and make it out more than 10-14 times or so this year! Aside from things like the necessary monthly trips for groceries, scrips and such, that is. I don't count those; I just freak over 'em. ;) And ok, so I lied about ( Read more... )

Much better, thank you for asking! I was pretty much house-bound all weekend, and very bummed that I couldn't be there with y'all. I feel like a kid who got skipped over at Christmas. :-( But, believe me, you wouldn't have wanted me there!

Next time, for sure!

Hee - I know, it was just great! Fun, fun, fun all around.

And you're right, I did! To and fro is still somewhat fraught, but once I'm there - nooo problem. Very good indeed! All hail to the gang, and especially Bobbie and Judy.

Not only do you know how to party down, you also know how to report on it! Woohoo! I hope I can make the spring fling. In spring, we knit for babies and for ourselves.

Isn't it wonderful how muscles remember what the brain forgets? Once you learn how to spin/knit/ride a bicycle, you don't forget. So show us what you're spinning, Sweetness!

Hee - thanks much, Roxie! I so hope you can make it in spring, too; man, this seeing each other once a year at the Harlot's appearance just isn't enough. Especially since the first year I didn't actually meet you, just took pictures of you and your beautiful sweater. ;) Plus d'oh - of course, babies and ourselves in spring. How could I forget?

Those muscles sure are amazing. I found that out with riding a bike and knitting, you'd think I would've realized. LOL! And I will show the spinning, I will...after Thanksgiving! Promise!

I think I need to hire you as my marketing guru;) Or maybe the whole city should! Your reporting is much much more thorough than mine. It was such a fun day! I look forward to doing it again.

Too funny, Deb! (I think it's all those years as a secretary in ad/PR. It's bloody insidious. On newsgroups and such in the past, I have actually included a disclaimer I don't work for PDX's Chamber of Commerce!) I'm so glad you had as much fun as everyone else did. And I'm really looking forward to a chance to do it again, too. Gino's was the perfect location, and you made us all feel like we were so at home. It was simply one of the best times ever!
