How do I deal with a difficult supervisor?

Got called into my supervisor's office yesterday. I had a bad feeling going in and low and behold she proceded to tell me how I was not catching on with doing Doctors transcription, and that I should have picked it up by now and how it takes away from the other girl who has to correct my mistakes

A knife in the back is quiet but messy. A bullet is the quick road to jail. Maybe poison? Or just kick her ass in the office when you are alone. Also showing her a small bodypart kept in a baggie and taken from your purse, along with a pointed question about what she might be missing if she does anything beyond being helpful and supportive. Always a great motivator. Good luck.
