016- Halloween? Bah!

I expect everyone to be on their best behavior during the ball! And no funny business over Halloween either! At least we won't have any surprises with Mr. Jack having taken his leave.

The city is certainly looking a bit nicer than it did during that... last bit of excitement. Hopefully something like that won't be happening again any time soon!
