I would never know what to do with that. J's friend Nina uses one as a guest seat. If I owned one I'd probably have some similar non-intended use.

Actually a lot of people buy it just for that use, as a way to force themselves to sit with proper posture.

Same here. I've got one & to this day I didn't use it for exercise! Just for sitting at the computer.

A lot of friends ask me if I had sex on it. I don't know where they get these ideas.

You can do some interesting things with that ball, btw.

They are so cheap and veratile.
