Quiet Morning

The pup had me up at 3:30 this morning. I don’t mind so much on the weekends (or holidays) but on work days, it gets old. I made coffee, fed her, and we went out into the fenced back yard. It snowed yesterday so it wasn’t necessary to put on a light. I wonder what she thinks, watching me suit up for 17°F when she just trots out in nature’s

That sounds quite nice indeed. As annoying as getting up at that time is, it's a lovely time to be awake, and doubly so when you're out in the snow with a pup and noone else around.

Heh. I had to read this twice to realize that the coffee wasn't for her. :)
