Ummmmm'kay. I'll have to find a scanlation. 'Cause I'm cheap.
It was totally awesome. And might have made Mondai subconsciously want JC Superstar yaoi... I think it made me feel alot better about cheering on Judas the whole time. XD
It's not a manga, though, it's a book, available in American bookstores, in the American English language. For cheap. Like, maybe ten dollars or less, I can't remember. A library might have it for free. And you'll finish it in a day.

I've consciously wanted it since I was twelve. I just never wrote any because I didn't want people confusing it with Christianity fanfic and getting offended...but why would I do that anyway? The Superstar-verse is a billion times better. ♥
How could there have been a reason for his death if he never died? You're talking crazy.
Yeah, I know, Ryuk kills Light as he said he would. But I don't know when that possibly could have happened, because the series ended at book 6. And Light was still alive and kicking.
...you know, L wasn't that great. It get of pissed me off that he somehow knew all of this crap and knew it was Light, and it seemed really unrealistic at times. Besides, Light is hotter. :D
Here's the story. The creator of Death Note wanted to end with 9 volumes I think. 9 or 7. Regardless, he didn't want to go as long as it did. He fought a battle with his publishers, and lost. This loss is what spawned this Mello/Near CRAP. Because he was FORCED to.
If you want to see how the show was supposed to end, see the live action movies. The director of these went straight to the Death Note creator, going right around the publisher. These movies do NOT have Mello/Near/other bad L replacements. These end much better.
L died for a reason. The reason was the publishers wanted more money.
Also, everything he knew was perfectly logical, just fifteen steps ahead of where the average person is. Trust me, been watching it since the start to look for any bullshit, and there's been very little.

Judas and Jesus walked out together with their arms around each other's shoulders.
