The seminar went fine today. Politics is a complex thing and is indeed overwhelming but the more you know about public administrations and the political system, the more you realise that though it may take time, it is possible for a single person to make a change ( small or big) in a society. Went to the doctor today for routine check-up...blood, urine, ECG, BP and physical check and have been told I'm in very good shape health-wise. Blood test result will be collected on monday. Lets hope that'll come out positive too. Allergy test appointment made for mid-july. Eyes and Gynae appointments to be made this coming week. Hopefully by july ( Read more... )

Wish I could pack him up and send him off on a holiday. He needs to get away from the whole load of work and domestic stress for a weekend at least. Prevention of burnout and nervous breakdown is better than trying to cure it later. Please don't push it. Theres a stress limit a man can take....

Got up pretty early...then went to city centre. Got lots of chores done in town hall...then, grocery shopping...had my hair cut then went bakc home.
