Does anyone here know the process to apply for a duplicate Driving License in Mumbai (Andheri R.T.O)? I've lost mine and unfortunately don't have a photocopy of the same. Nor do I remember my license number

It's bad enough that they actually issued you a Driving License in the first place.

As bad the government departments are ... they won't make the same mistake twice! :-p
