A Philly New Year's Day

Considering that the forecast is calling for nice sunny temperatures on Saturday (well, 50 will feel nice and sunny after this week) I'm wanting to get out and do some stuff on New Year's Day.

Here's what I'm thinking:

Head down to Broad & Oregon, get some real South Philly Italian food, and watch the string bands. Maybe even bring some folding

Yah, that would be a lot of walking. You could always just do a bit of it, and not the whole thing. :) But I don't want to harm you at all deary.

I LOVE the mummers. And I love the fact that Yudvega (I am sure I spelled that wrong) is in Polish America. Susan is very loyal to Fralinger, although I am a Ferko fan myself.

Actually, my mistake, Jadviga is in a Fancy Club. Anyway, she's marching. :)
