ahhh...eddy zhang was a hot topic back up in nor cal. he, in fact, wrote an article for hardboiled back in the day. smart guy, he is. but, truly unlucky.

i am afraid that i haven't been keeping in touch with the LIA folks much, except Mi-Hee, and she is headed back to korea in the middle of august i believe.

yoyoyo... that is definitely some fukked up ass shit... i know cause that's exactly wtf happened to me... i feel for him and hope that he gets to stay in the states... this is definitely some cold shit. according to an u.s. supreme cout ruling... INS vs. St. Cyr, i don't think that he will get deported... but it's good that he's making some noise about this shit anyways... now let me tell you about a story of another chinaman... he was seventeen... got caught up in a lot of bs... ended up taking the wrap for a couple of his homies thinking he was gonna get YA time (california youth authority... prison for kiddies) little did he know he was to end up in cdc (california department of corrections) and serve out a seven year sentence after his stupid lawyer fukked him over royally during trial. he appealed and appealed to no avail. after four years he was supposed to be released. but guess what? the then INS picked him up on his parole date and sent him to face chrges of deportation. i didn't mention this earlier, but this chinaman came ( ... )
