My mom is healing well from her broken hip and a better 85 year old rehab patient could not be imagined. She is a bit of a princess but has bent her will to do this right and be independent again and I'm so proud of her. Hopefully she will be home by Wednesday next ( Read more... )

Also, husband is well, no further issues and has decided that the medication that dropped his blood pressure so badly and caused him to fall can just be skipped (with this doctor's blessing).

Happy New Year to you! Glad your Christmas was laid back and fun and that your hubby is well. What a relief! I'm sorry to hear of your back pain, though. That would be horrible. Your garden sounds like it is coming along very nicely. I love to read about the food and flowers you are growing. Keep having fun - that's the best way!
