...is that sometimes you get paid to draw them officially :)

Just got a batch approved by the AD, so I can show one of the projects I'm currently working on: I'm drawing sketch cards for Topps' Empire Strikes Back 3D Trading Card Set, to be released in conjunction with the movie's 30th Anniversary in May 2010.

awww~ Man i was raised on Star Wars. I didn't like ESB when i was a kid because luke getting hurt scared me. Now i feel like i watching the movies but they're at home and i'm at work! doh!

Yeah, the Luke vs Vader bit is hella intense for kids. It earned its ominous installment reputation in the trilogy pretty good.

I like the middle bottom Luke the best, dynamic rar pose!

Han and Chewie are my favorite charaters, they're sort of like each other's sidekicks.

Okay, I know that it isn't literally, but it certainly is the most favorited. It's mine, after all, and everyone agrees with me ;).

Nice art. I think it's great that you actually get to do official art for Lucas Licensing. That's completely awesome.

I love EWB to death. Hell, I love all Star Wars films. You draw them all beautifully! Love to see Chewie and Han Solo get some love! :D
