Ugh. People on the phone are INcompetent today. I think it should be required of all callers to come into the office to actually see the setup. Then they would know that I *don't work* for the individual person and NO, I don't know when they're going to be in, NO I don't have the slightest idea because I haven't yet heard from them AT ALL today
