My Roommate (aka best friend?)

So,I've spent the past hour trying to figure out how to post a new entry and then trying to change the font. So anyway, I just want to brag on my roommate (Alan) right now to say that the mortgage on our house is paid in full as of 2/2/2019. How many people can say their house is paid off in less than 5 years! His former boss personally financed

I've been looking forward to you getting back into your blog again. I hope you'll pick a topic now and then and run with it. My blog is my therapy for boredom, frustration, and good mental health in 500 words or less. Congrats to Alan on paying off the mortgage. When I retired and we moved to Tennessee we had already been pre-approved for a loan, but in the end we opted to cash in the 401K and buy this house outright. Best move we could have made considering the monthly payments we've never had to make since 2010.
