Back to day one!

WHY IS HE CLIMBING A MOUNTAIN!? Man. Friday started very early. Not only is it an exciting and lovely movement, both visually and in a hands on creator sense, but as someone who would like to sell a novel in that genre in the next year or so, I'm glad it's growing.

YOU'LL BE PROUD TO KNOW, MISTRESS, THAT I JUST SPENT AN ENTIRE MEETING WORKING ON A CHARACTER. It uh...wasn't one of the steampunk characters *cough* but I've got them mostly figured out anyway.

My friends and I had that Shatner song in our heads the entire weekend. XD It's took bad we didn't run into each other more often, but I'm glad I got to see you for those few minutes at Starbucks! :D

That was the theme of the con for me, really. Near misses and short meetings.

And ugh. I was only saved from the Shatner song by the fact that the Hellblinki Sextet 'Bella Ciao' song earworms in a more invasive way. That didn't stop me from doing that to scifigirl whenever I saw her, though!

I am still peeved I didn't get to see Shatner on the Mount on the big screen, but really, if that's one of the only things that pinged on my peeved radar then I had an EPIC weekend.

I still have to sort through my nine million pictures and edit video, but I will do that tomorrow.
