One reaps what one sows. And when one sows into fresh, fertile fields...Jesus wept. There's so much more to say but...
I think the original plan decades ago was to keep "the masses" ignorant by not funding any good school programs and by under-funding what they did fund. But they forgot that eventually they'd die off and only STUPID PEOPLE with terrible educations and superstitious belief systems would be left. To run everything...into the ground.
