I knew it!!

When I first heard about Akeelah and the Bee, I knew it was the kind of movie I'd been praying for. A movie with a cast of African-American that didn't pander to the lowest denominator, that wasn't base in its premise or its execution. I just knew it was the movie I've been hoping someone would put out

I've heard nothing but good about this movie. Unfortunately, I don't do well with "heartstrings" movies. Gotta enough drama of my onwn in real life!!
