What a Great Surprise!

I just got a surprise in the mail from rainymemories. It's a Nurses Day card. On the front it has a picture of Patrick Dempsey as Derek on Grey's Anatomy and it says "You know, there are a few perks that come with being a nurse." On the inside it says "Have a McDreamy Nurses Day!" It plays the theme song from Grey's Anatomy. Thank you so much, Meko! I know
