I've not read the plays but saw them. I thought the plays were wonderful but could see huge plot holes in them.

I have heard they're super impressive to see, given the great acting and effects! Easier to overlook the plot holes then. :)

HPCC has many flaws, the most glaring being the entire ‘saving Cedric’ plot, but seeing it on stage was magical and completely made up for the iffy storylines.

Yeah, I felt it made good fanfic but not the best canon. :)
