What with infant rearing and all, I'm not getting out to see the Half-Blood Prince film anytime soon. But! Fortunately the rest of you have, and have provided discussions and reviews, and in at least one case, a really amusing parody version! Thank you, killer_cola, for raising many a giggle in this weary mom

Hilarious! I'd been wondering how to parody it, since most of the film seemed to be double entendres that had me giggling into my popcorn... Now I don't have to! (But maybe I still will anyway, one of these days.)

Fandom is a multi-layered thing -- while I was watching the movie I was thinking of your book parody, and while I was reading KC's parody I was thinking of watching the movie while thinking of the book parody...

I thought it highly worthy of linkdom, even if I haven't seen the film yet. And I'm glad others are still doing parody work in these years when I have babies to deal with and such. Makes it more fun for me, getting to just read and not have to write. :)
