Chocolate covered misery

Thank God for chocolate. I don't even generally LIKE chocolate, but it's like prescription-free Zoloft. I wonder if Juliet would've turned out a little differently if her nurse had given her heaping bowls of Count Chocula instead of encouraging her to marry Paris ( Read more... )

Ooooh I'm sorry. *hugs* :[ I can imagine how crappy this must be right now. [my cats never care about me when I'm said either...but my dog...she's awesome. she'll lay with you all until you're done crying and lick the tears away.] Would you like to borrow my dog for a few days? <3

So this drum teacher of yours; are you relatively new to playing the drums or have you been playing for a while? [I still harbour dreams of learning to beat the crap out of a Pearl drum set one day...but I wonder if 23 is waaay too late to begin to learn to play?]

Enough of that distraction now...take care of yourself...and definitely e-mail me if needed! xox

I've been playing for almost 2 years, and let me tell you it's never too late to start (I was 24 and like, 11 months). I don't get to play as much as I'd like these days, but when I started I would get lost in it for hours. Unfortunately, like anything, it's a little dull getting the ropes at the beginning but I'm actually pretty darn competent now.

Tell you what; you come visit with your dog and I'll get you started on the drums :)

Really?! Oh this is awesome!! [that you were in your 20's when you started to play]
I'm totally going for lessons then. If anyone gives me flak I'll just poke them with a drum stick or something.

Awww Kalli and I will arrive tonight after 7pm, okay? <3
