The most notable thing about a Thursday

... is that it is almost, but not quite, a Friday. I was meant to have tomorrow off, but due to the current craziness that is my workplace, it really wasn't feasible for me to take it. So instead I took one for the team and garnered the respect and heartfelt gratitude of my boss's boss, which in our current hierarchy is worth... basically nothing

I spent all afternoon thinking it was Friday and was just crushed when I opened up my calendar and realized 1) it was NOT and 2) my day tomorrow starts out with a 2-hour meeting that is going to melt my brain.

Yay!

Oh, and I am working Monday to earn comp time for the day off I took earlier this month. Yay again!

I missed White Collar this summer, too! I wonder if being lined up for the fall means it's getting a lot more attention, which would be super. Also SHIELD. CANNOT WAIT.
