Computer Help!?!

Does anyone know any LA-based computer gurus to help me with a relatively quick and easy project?  I am in charge of installing a dial up modem on a PC and coordinating it with all the necessary software and SMTP inputs for group mailings.  Currenly using Infacta's Groupmail.  And something about Legacy

Ummm, I used a dialup modem with my Mac as late as about 2000....and that was PUSHING it.
