Well that effective heater came with a cost.  My DWP bill for December and January was over $180.  For my tiny 500 ft. apt.

So I turned down the heat and now I am freezing.  FREEZING.

I am politely asking the groundhog for an early spring. Please.

Holy cow! Yeah, space heaters are 'spensive. California ain't meant to be this cold. In New York, landlords are required to provide heat if it's below 55 degrees.
