Last night I procrastinated writing my essay really effectively by ogling the most popular shawl patterns on ravelry, so all I can think about is shawls. Is this for your peach-colored yarn? I still like your squishy cowl idea...

I seem to recall that you don't like DPNs because they don't have back ends and you can't squoosh them against your side? I dunno, I'm making a hat with them right now and it's not as weird as I thought it would be. I assume you've tried them, though :P
