This is the same horrible shit people said about the devastation in lousiana thanks to hurricane katrina. people were like "its BECAUSE THEY ARE HEATHENS!!1" really sick stuff. I figured it was only a matter of time before the Japanese got hit with it too. I am sorry you had to hear that but I also hope none of my japanese friends or friends living in japan have to hear that cause just wtf really.
There was this post circulating on Tumblr, which stated outright, "THIS IS FOR PEARL HARBOUR. KARMA IS A BITCH. FUCK YOU." and she was completely and totally serious.

OMG really? That is so disturbing... How can people say things like that and don't feel bad? I don't understand it... And it is also so stupid! None of that makes any sense to me.
It's just that it makes me so mad when people say stuff like that, it's something so terrible to be said I can barely believe I'm actually hearing that.
But yeah, you are right, we shouldn't let thing like that get to us.
