I have a job application due tomorrow with a library which is not full-time, but it still pays 15 bucks an hour... it's probably the best part-time rate I will find. And I have actually worked at 2 libraries. I should be able to get this job. But the job application requires 3 letters of recommendation. And 2 people I asked have apparently ( Read more... )

Thanks. I know D: silly jobs that require them to even apply!!!

Let's hope the jobs I am applying for even still exist.

I got 3 letters back so I can check them over and finish the applications.

Ugh. Reference letters are such a pain. I'm so embarrassed when I have to ask for them.

Hopefully you can land both positions and make good money. It shouldn't be too hard to handle, right?

I've applied to tons of jobs, but this is the only one so far that needed reference letters rather than just contact info. Since I have experience working at libraries, I feel like I have a better chance of working there than some of the other places I've applied.

It would be nice to do translation on the side. Especially if I was working part time, I would have the extra time and I would need the extra money... it would probably fit together pretty well.
